I had paid for expedited shipping and was upset when I received it in double the time expected. But when I opened my package there was such a kind note explaining the holiday delay (they’re a small business), and double the products that I paid for, including a bunch of samples. Now that’s how you keep customers loyal, not to mention my skin has never been so soft and my boyfriend won’t stop touching me lol. Will definitely be buying more for myself, friends and family
